Whether with or without a bar member not one US trademark i have ever applied for over decades has been successfully registered. Even using mother fucker micheal feigen a big apple trademark laywer bull shitted me that his office all worked at the USPTO so know how they operate and assured me my trademarks would go through….but alas…..mother fucker wanted mo money mo money mo meny to respond to an abusrd USPTO question ‘what does ‘posthumous’ mean…are you shitting me USPTO so no POSTHUMOUS LEGAL trademark no SUPPORT YOU KNOW YOU NEED trademark no IT BETTER BE FUNNYY trademark no FICOSHUTDOWN18 trademark. SOX IN A BOX, OMMP, EAT YOUR MEDICINE i know i am forgetting one or more…regardless I DO NOT OWN ONE REGISTERED TRADEMARK I PAID THE USPTO BILL FOR.

It was 8/2/2024 a bar member emailed their client was trying to register a not her one of my trademarks i responded yes i intend to object. no word until a few days ago the USPTO contacted me luckily it was the same bryan….maybe not right.
